GLUTAPAK® -10

Intestinal Health and Systemic Protection during Cancer Therapy

Glutapak®-10 is a glutamine supplement for cancer patients who require a source of glutamine. Glutapak®-10 replaces the glutamine lost to hypercatabolism in cancer patients and nourishes gastrointestinal and immune system cells that are affected by chemotherapy and radiation therapy, thereby reducing antineoplasic therapy side effects and improving the patient's nutritional status. Glutapak®-10 can be used for other patients and individuals under metabolic stress who require glutamine for gastrointestinal, immune system and tissue synthesis support, such as patients with gastrointestinal surgeries, critical care patients, and athletes.

Intestinal Health and Systemic Protection for Oncology Patients

  • Increases the effectiveness and tolerance of different levels of antineoplastic therapies
  • Prevents and reduces diarrhea associated with treatment
  • Prevents and reduces the severity of stomatitis
  • Prevents and reduces neurotoxic side effects of chemotherapy, such as myalgia and arthralgia
  • Increases Natural Killer (NK) cell activity and glutathione (antioxidant) levels, helping to reduce tumor size
  • Reduces protein loss and increases anabolism, improving the patient's nutritional status
