| ESPOCAN® Epidural Needles |
| |
| Espocan® epidural needles, for combined procedures (spinal /epidural), has a unique design and patented combination of two regional anesthesia needles to improve the technique of combined spinal/epidural procedures. Espocan® has a hole at the heel of the Tuohy bevel to allow passage of a spinal needle but not a catheter. This allows better dural puncture with the spinal needle while preventing the epidural catheter from going through this hole. The needle also has a centering sleeve for the spinal needle, which maintains alignment as the spinal needle moves through the epidural needle. |
