| For oral use: Mix Glutapak® R with 60-120 ml (2-4 oz) of water, drink, beverage, or food that is at a tolerable temperature range of 10°C - 45°C (50°F - 113°F) and consume immediately. |

| For enteral use: Mix Glutapak® R with 60-120 ml (2-4 oz) of water and administer through a feeding tube immediately. Flush the feeding tube before and after administration. |
