| PREPARATION AND USE |
 |
Place 410 ml of water at room temperature in a blender, slowly add the entire contents of the Immunex® Plus packet. |

Mix at medium speed for 1 minute (60 seconds). |
|
Place the reconstituted product in the enteral feeding equipment. |
|
The product should be consumed within 24 hours after reconstitution. |
|
For oral consumption, shake before serving. |
