DIRECTIONS OF USE

For oral use: Mix Glutapak^®-10 with 60-120 mL (2-4 oz) of water, beverage, formula or food and consume immediately.

For enteral use: Mix Glutapak^®-10 with 60-120 mL (2-4 oz) of water and administer via feeding tube. Flush feeding tube before and after administration.
Glutapak^®-10 should not be mixed with enteral formulas administered through a feeding tube.
